Cancellation and Refund Policy
We're sorry you are having trouble with your order.
Event registrations may be cancelled up to one week prior to the event, unless otherwise stated in the event posting. Cancellations made prior to the deadline will result in a fee of 20% of the registration fee. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee.
Note: a registrant may always find a replacement to attend the event in his or her place at any time; the original registrant need only change the RSVP name on the ticket. (This can be done under "My Account" on the upper right hand corner of the Penn Club web page, "My RSVPs" tab.) The registrant will be responsible for obtaining any reimbursement of the registration fee from the replacement attendee.
The rationale for the cancellation policy is that the Club incurs real costs both in (1) money paid to our payment gateway in credit card transaction fees, and (2) time spent processing and tracking the refunds as well as modifying registration information for event registration.
