Your privacy is important to us!
The safe keeping of all your personal information is of paramount importance to the Penn Club of Northern California. All your information (including your email address) will be kept strictly confidential, and the Club does not, under any circumstances, rent, sell or distribute any personal information submitted by Club members, registered users or visitors to our website to any outside third party, except in the limited cases described below.
Personal information that you submit to this website will be used only for the purpose for which it was asked. Aggregate, non-personally identifying information may be both used internally and shared externally (for example, the number of alumni who are registered users).
At times, and if you register for an event, we may provide event hosts your name so they can make sure atendees have purchased tickets. In such cases we will not provide any other contact information to the host (not your email or phone number), and do instruct hosts to destroy the list of names after the event. If you have a concern with this policy, please let us know and we will omit your name from the host list, and provide an alternate way to confirm your ticket to the host.
OmniMagnet, which operates this website, may use cookies or other methods to track your usage of the website and newsletters. At no time is this information made public nor shared with anyone outside the Penn Club of Northern California.
The Penn Club of Northern California is committed to upholding our community members’ and visitors’ right to privacy. Should you have any questions or suspect a breach of these policies, we strongly urge you to immediately contact the Club's Presidents, Tom Eliaz and Ming Ming Liu (president@ncpennclub.com) or VP-Memberships, Beth Topor (membership@ncpennclub.com) by e-mail.
