CANCELLED: Career Blind Spots and How They Might be Holding You Back
Penn Alum Joan Tabb, Founder and President of Great in 8 Coaching, is back with another informative and interactive session to advance your career goals
CANCELLED
Invited back for a third time by the Penn Club of Northern California, Joan Tabb, M.A., will focus on some very interesting case studies featuring clients who knew they wanted to move their career forward, came to coaching with some goals, but discovered they were not aware of the factors holding them back. In essence, they did not know what they did not know. You might find the same to be true in your career situation, as well.
In this talk, Joan will take you on a journey through the process she uses with her clients, and hopefully give you a deeper awareness of your career situation and how you might benefit from a 360 process. The "Great in 8 Coaching 360" is a bit different than the corporate 360 - it examines your career from various time perspectives, probes deeply into situations and outcomes, then analyzes and identifies what propelled you forward and held you up. Expect to leave the meeting with some actionable items to work on, or at least some new things to consider.
Join your fellow Penn alumni in an enlivening process guided by our seasoned career and executive coach.
